2. Alaska’s criminal appeals court has thrown out an indictment of a Whittier woman born in American Samoa who state prosecutors accuse of felony voter misconduct nearly three years ago.
3. Anchorage-based Security Aviation has released the names of two pilots killed last month in a plane crash in western Alaska near a military radar site on the Bering Sea coast. All eight people aboard died.
4. The Indian Health Service officially handed ownership of the state's biggest tribal hospital, the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, to the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium.
